Leader? Follower? Team player?
What are you? A combination of all? Do you like to follow until you learn your own way and have a team going then soar on your own?
Are you only a team helper? Looking only to help out all fellow team mates?
Are you only a leader? Who cannot be in a following position? Has to lead the team from the start ?
Are you a follower? Taking strides after your leaders and using them to boost yourself?
I think the best combination is someone who has goals set to be a leader and a team player. While beginning by following the leaders already in the business. Learn what you can. See what works and replicate it. Then once you get a roll going and you have it down, set out in that leadership position. For many having that leadership position hit can be very difficult. They don't want to be "the bad guy". Here's the deal, as a leader it is your job to help motivate your team. Instill confidence and communication as well as helping pointing out what will help and something's that may not help. Holding competitions (friendly) within team mates. Showing and sharing what has been and also has not been working for you.
Checking in on all of your team mates.
It can be a time consuming and hard job at times. But the result is hugely rewarding.
Most of the time you join a team to be apart of a team. To build your own team. To be in a business for yourself. But, who wants to be in it alone? That's what team means. Helping one another. Being there. There is always going to be a leader, but that position can be yours, it's yours for the taking, the helping and the money making, for you and your whole team.
Make sure in your business that if you have anyone you have enrolled, you maintain contact. See what help is needed, make sure that they are on their way to success and becoming a leader of their own team.
You must teach and practice what you expect from your team, or they won't do it.
We all have the opportunity to be our futures. To live for our futures. When will you take yours?

Now, things like this always seem to good to be true or some sort of get skinny quick gimmick. A body wrap that can shrink you wherever you put it? This Ultimate Body Wrap doesn't claim/guarantee to make you instantly loose 20 pounds or anything crazy like that so I know they aren't pushing any ridiculous false advertising on people, which it is respectable.
The wraps tone, tighten, and firm your skin, in as little as 45 minutes, with inch loss being a side effect. Most people see these results on their first wrap. It is basically a detox wrap that flushes out the toxins in the fat cells by drinking half your body weight in water for the 72hrs during and after your wrap. You can target any area, chin, neck, arms, thighs, stomach, buttocks, love handles, etc. There is even a facial wrap that diminishes fine lines and wrinkles and helps acne.

Here is the wrap out of its packaging. That brownish stuff you see is the gel that does all the work! Now what you need to do when you get yours is measure wherever you are going to put it the wrap and take before and after photos so you can notice your changes.
You need to wait 72 hours before using a second wrap in the same place. In order to get maximum results, they tell you to drink LOTS and LOTS of water to help your body detox completely. I took mine out and stuck it around my belly and then took plastic wrap and wrapped it around my belly as well to hold the wrap in place even better.
I left mine on for about 2 hours. I noticed there was a tingling feeling throughout the process... kind of like an icy hot feeling. I actually liked the feeling of it because for me any kind of sensation like that makes me feel like it's working! Haha!Now the number of applications you may need to get a big noticeable difference depends on your toxic level and how well your skin absorbs the formula.
My Results: Once I took the wrap off and just rinsed off a little I looked in the mirror and could actually tell on the sides that it did look noticeably smaller. Just on the sides of my waistline. I was actually pretty stoked just for that because I didn't think anything would really happen! After a while I also noticed just the overall smoothness of my skin had improved.
For my own sake I'm keeping those before and after pictures for my eyes only, lol, but maybe Alyx will share hers when she does her wrap ;) But YES I did see a slight difference and I do think if I had one or two more there would be a very nice inch loss and it would be more visible to others. I would love to try it again or even try a face one next!

Spending your profits
Don't! Unless you have an emergency. When you are staring out you need to put it back into your business.
Like me with wraps. I make sure to have some! I have wrapped a lady from the post office. Her just asking questions. But if I would have spent all that I wouldn't have wraps for one on ones or being able to do evens/parties. They are shared and sold fast enough that I don't need to lower my sharing/selling of my cash !!
Great way to put less money out but make it fast in it works. 1 steps to success and #2 make sure you are wise with spending.
Do an event 1 time per week. Invite 30 people around 10 show at least 1-2 become a part of your business. 4-6 loyal customers.
2 loyal customers = a box of wraps for $25! Do it again get 4 loyal customers in 30 days and you get another box for $25. Plus extra with the $120 in product credit to buy 2 boxes f wraps. So you are getting 4 boxes of wraps for $50! (Only of you get 4 loyal customers in you your first 30 days. And you have just kicked off your new year!

Just awesome
It's so great to see a friends have amazing results. And on top of it to be workout along side the products. Makes me happy that I got to bring the products into some of my friends lives and to strangers as well!

Blitzing 101. What's that even mean?
Blitzing? What in the world is that?!?
Its Getting out there! Putting your feet to the pavement or doing it from your car or letting your child do it. Change someone's life and your own! The next person you blitz could be your and their ticket to the lifestyle you want to live!
That's really what it is! More details?
Ok, we have "blitz cards" which y'all know what blitzing is in football? Well we take people by surprise! Smiling and confident in our product we hand you what is essentially a coupon! Now these coupons are generally advertising the price they are sold, a sale price or just to let people know! Not everyone knows what that product is.
Some people will say "I don't have time to spend all day handing out coupons".
Guess what? I have news for you, don't need to do that. I mean, you can. But you don't have to. How many times per week do you leave the house? How many new people that you have never met, or friends who don't know what you are doing cross your path? As they walk by offer them on. They can even pass it along if they are not interested.
If no one knows what you are doing. You can't share the ultimate body applicator with anyone. Cold hard facts.
So, you haven't decided to do this business for yourself yet? That doesn't matter! Look and see what people around you think. Show them some before and afters, yours if you have it. And get the word going what you are thinking about. So when you decide you want to change your life, you have a base already set up to party and wrap away!

Orange cinnamon rolls!!
Stolen from my ReelScrumptious Blog.
Making my orange cinnamon rolls with orange cream cheese frosting like I do every year for Christmas breakfast! Making sure to take my fat fighters!!
Fat fighters take 30% of the fat and 78% of the carbs out if what you ate!! Perfect for this time of year! They help to level blood sugars, detox the pancreas, gall bladder (still ok to take even if you don't have one) and the liver!
