With the holidays, there are many people who will actually quit working their businesses, whether or not they realize it. Guess what.....
BAD IDEA!
Know why? Because you may get a few "Well, after the holidays..." well, you dont have to give up because that person didnt see. But if you are selling products, they could actually use you towards buying their Christmas present, buy your products gift wrap it, while also building up the local community, or even global community, by buying from small or at home based businesses.

But, some may not see it as that, you might have to show them, how they can turn your products into a gift. Some think of it as a selfish expense and not to purchase for their loved ones. Show them, and show them how much they can save. Sit down and have some one on one with them, helping them to find what would work for who and who would just have to have ______. Thats it. And when you are out shopping for your gifts, what is stopping you from showing people in the store what you have to offer? Business card or coupon, hand it out! No excuses for not handing someone your information, what are they going to say no? So what? You have "planted a seed". They may mean no in the moment because they are busy or they didnt really pay attention to you, could be a month, a week or even a year and they may come back around. And if you dont do it, you have just given up on yourself, and knocked yourself down a notch.

I have had people that lose my coupon, but I have their information and I follow up with them. I DO NOT HOUND THEM. If you are a hounder you are just going to push them farther back away from you. Polite courteous, honest and informative is all that you have to do, no pushing.

You also need to expand. Focusing on your "warm market" (friends family co-workers) wont always work, and to be honest many of them will wait until they see the products working for you, or your business growing before they will do anything. Some may even be jealous over it, and some may have common misconceptions about network marketing. Now, some companies out there, are no good. Do your research, be informed!

Now why is December important with It Works?
