Brutal Truth about your Health Resolutions


1- I mean it this year...
Ok, if you mean it this year why didn't it count the last few times that you have done it? Stop seeing it as a "fad" as a "resolution". Start making it a dedication to yourself. To be healthy, to live longer and commit yourself to it. Ready to make that dedication?

2- No one will do it with me...
First off, someone will. Or I will. All you have to do is contact me and I will help and even share what I do with you and we can do it together. Its just an excuse, once you get past your excuses is when the real results start to show. It doesn't matter the reasons not to do it, what counts is the reasons why you thought of it or started to do it. Here is my email.

3 - I don't know if I can do it...
First off, STOP IT. You can do. If you set real goals for yourself and commit to yourself. If you don't give up after a week because you don't look or feel like "Barbie" (Which by the way is an unhealthy and unrealistic goal, her measurements are not possible) after a week your body isn't just going to snap back from all the abuse that you have been giving it! If you haven't been eating right, if you haven't been taking care of yourself, if you haven't been working out, even just a tiny bit, your body needs to adapt to the changes that you are making. You can't just expect a miracle overnight. Were you able to have a baby overnight? Did your baby grow a month overnight? Did you lose a few pounds overnight? And some are thinking right now "Well, you've got those wraps". You are right I do, and they are a wonderful tool, but unless you are magic, you are going to need more than one to reach the goal that you have, and its why we tell you not to give up after one, some people will see great results after one, and that's how their body works, doesn't mean yours will. It depends on the person and their body. And that goes with everything! When you start eating differently, start working out, its a change and your body needs to adjust to it. 4 - ITS NOT A FLIPPING DIET!
If you are thinking about going on a diet, IT ISNT GOING TO WORK. That is a thought in the brain that people say "going on a diet and going to hit the gym" ummm, yea that happens for maybe a week or two for most people. The people who last longer dedicate themselves to it and know that they don't need a diet that they need a life style change. Because apparently the lifestyle that you are living that pertains to your health, weight or beauty isn't working if you are looking to "diet". Don't diet, make slow deliberate changes and help your body. If you try to slam down a quick fix diet, its going to come back and its going to come full force with a vengeance, because, sorry but that's how your body works. You can't stop doing something and expect the results from when you were do it. You have to maintain what you are doing. Your body doesn't just "remember when you were "skinny" "fat" fit" " or whatever. You have to train your body and your mind, with healthy changes, and you have to give it a chance to work. Real Change

5 - I just don't know if I can, I think I will always be _______.... or I am _______.....
Well, with that thought process, you are right. I am sorry but its the truth. If you have already been instilling in your own mind that you cannot do something and that change will not happen, then it wont. You have to work on your mind at the same time as your body. They interact with one another. You mind does what the body says and the body does what the mind tells it to. That's just how it is. Its been proven that if you are being more positive to yourself in your life, no matter what aspect of your life, if makes things improve and get better and you have more amazing results. That doesn't mean that you won't have doubts, you will and there will be times that it is hard, but that's when you find a "fit buddy" or whatever you want to call it and talk about it and make sure they are a positive person. You cannot be having a down moment and talk to a debby downer about it. They are just going to reaffirm your fears. Try the happiness advantage challenge that I am doing with several others, it really helps, try smiling really stupidly at yourself in the mirror. While sitting alone working or doing something smile, it will radiate through your body and make you feel better. 6 - The Results aren't fast enough....
Ok, we already went partially through this, but I will go a little more into detail, I found this quote that says it perfectly " It takes 4 weeks for YOU to notice a change in your body (Big or small), It takes 8 weeks for friends and family to see the changes, and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world to see, 
For most people ,12 weeks seems like forever to see the changes you want to see. Why is it we all want overnight results? I have trained many women and if they aren’t seeing some sort of change quickly then they are easily frustrated and resort back to their old lifestyle of convenience and unhealthy choices. What they don’t realize is that the body IS changing even though they don’t see physical results right away. Increased energy, decreasing body fat (which doesn’t necessarily mean drop on the scale), lowering cholesterol, balancing insulin levels are all examples of the body changing for the better." And it doesn't matter if you haven't fully reached you max goal in 12 weeks, at least a lot has been happening for the better in your body! 
The consistency of eating healthy year round results in your body staying fit for the long haul versus up and down yo-yo dieting which most women are all too familiar with. What you are doing is making a huge difference in your life, in your body and most of all in your health. Dedication + determination + consistency = RESULTS 

7 - I dont know where to start...
