Get The Best Results from Your Wrap

IMPORTANT: Do not use soaps with lanolin, they tend to clog pores. Or lotions before you wrap.
Wipe the area with a baby wipe or a warm cloth. I also recommend a nice warm shower to open the pores. Again, dry off well and watch what you use as a cleanser. Dove especially seems to clog the pores.
Take before photos! Front, side and back (some see results on their back). Before applying the ultimate body applicator. REMEMBER to take after photos. 45 min after you wrap, 24 hrs, 48 hrs and 72 hrs so that you can visually see your results! VISUAL RESULTS!!
Drink ½ your body weight in ounces the day you wrap and 3 days following. (If you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 ounces of water a day) DRINK WATER WHILE WEARING THE WRAP. To figure this out, your body weight divided by 2 then divide by 16.9 (amount of oz in a water bottle) and that will tell you the amount of water bottles that you need to drink every 24hrs for 72hrs.
Avoid salty foods because they will make you retain water and will camouflage the results. As well as drinking flavored waters and crystal light.
Use Saran wrap, ace bandage or tight clothing (biker shorts) to secure applicator snug enough so the wrap doesn’t slide off, but not tight enough to make you start sweating. You do not have to yourself wrapped up tight, if you are planning to watch a movie, relax on the couch place on the wrap and watch your movie. My husband likes to sit back in his recliner, shirt off, wrap on and playing COD. He will play for a few hours and be good to go!
Wear for 45- 1 hour, then remove saran wrap. The goal is to have as much of the product absorb as possible so rub it in after you remove the wrap, don’t wash it off. YOU CAN WEAR IT LONGER OR EVEN SLEEP IN IT IF YOU WANT. Although sleeping in it isn't recommended the first time that you use it.
