Like me with wraps. I make sure to have some! I have wrapped a lady from the post office. Her just asking questions. But if I would have spent all that I wouldn't have wraps for one on ones or being able to do evens/parties. They are shared and sold fast enough that I don't need to lower my sharing/selling of my cash !!
Great way to put less money out but make it fast in it works. 1 steps to success and #2 make sure you are wise with spending.
Do an event 1 time per week. Invite 30 people around 10 show at least 1-2 become a part of your business. 4-6 loyal customers.

Ok, we have "blitz cards" which y'all know what blitzing is in football? Well we take people by surprise! Smiling and confident in our product we hand you what is essentially a coupon! Orange cinnamon rolls!!

Thermofit & Confianza plus fat fighters?
Can you take these supplements together? YES.
It's about timing with the thermofit and fat fighters. Like it says on the thermofit bottle to take one with each meal. And fat fighters are 15-60 min after. What you need to do is at the beginning of the meal take the thermofit. 60 minutes later take the fat fighters. The duo will reap great rewards.
You can take thermofit 3x a day that's what's on the bottle. But remember we are about health, so you should be having 5-6 small meals a day so the thermofit should occur 1,2,3 meals or 2,3,4 meals. I don't recommend the last two meals because you may have difficulty sleeping with the natural energy it gives you. Same with the greens. Try not to take in the late afternoon, greens also provide natural energy while alkalizing, detoxing and boosting immune system.

Review on facial applicator
I am very big on trying the products that I am going to be sharing with people. How can you share if you don't have an experience!?! I decided today. I AM GOING TO DO IT! I did take pics but not down wearing it yet.
The facial applicator says on the box
" facial skin cream impregnated cloth
Makes skin appear firmer, tighter an smoother for the appearance of a youthful facial contour. Improves apparent elasticity and the appearance of skin. Skin looks and feels softer, smoother and revitalized. Continuously hydrates for fresher, more luminous sling and a younger looking you. "
Directions
1. Cleanse face *Check
2. Remove facial applicator from packaging and unfold *Check (little weird opening first time. Not bad though)
3. Lean head back and position the facial applicator ( lotion side to skin) over your face, pay it down as you go so that it is in contact all over. *Check
4. Leave on for 45-60 min *only 30 min in
5. Once removed gently massage in the remaining lotion
6. Discard applicator after use.
(Or for DTs rinse and keep to show people what it looks like. And anytime you wrap to hand out to your new DTs.)
Frequency of use:
Use the facial applicator 2 times per week. Once desired result is reached, to maintain results apply twice per month.
I am still wearing it. I will add on to this when its done.
It was COLD at first. Then super tingly. Which if you have done a body wrap it's a little more than that kind of tingle but not horrible just weird. Never had tingles all over my face! Lol
I should also mention. I don't know how much result I will have. I am only 26 and don't really have wrinkles. But I do have dry skin around cheek bones and between eyes/forehead. So I probably won't see massive lifting, like someone in their late 30s++. But it is still a wonderful product in my eyes for preventative action!!
Around the eyes is very different. But not in a bad way.
I am being watched lol. A friend is wanting to see what happens to my face before doing it!

Alkalizing and your Health
I have been doing a bunch of looking around and asking, I have also been asked "Why is it such a big deal to be alkaline?" Most only get the pH-Balance few understand detoxing. Lets focus on alkalizing today.
For one, to be honest I didnt know about alkalizing and the importance of it until I started in It Works, then I started noticing it in all the health circles, and I went on a google quest. Personally I love LiveStrong.com, tons of great information on anything health wise, everything in this post besides the Greens and my personal opinion have been taken from that site. But please note the date when reading an article, you need to look at the most recent date, information is always changing what was 2-10 years ago may not apply now, with new information coming out so frequently.
Also, from my personal research, I do not recommend an All Alkaline Diet. It is a full on diet. And some of the foods they cut out can be detrimental to your health, not everyone but some. That is the biggest reason I would recommend trying the greens and see how they make you feel. Because you are not cutting out vital fats and nutrients that your body needs you are adding them. This is my personal recommendation. I also do not like the word diet. When you are changing you need to be doing a full life style change. Not a diet or fad. You need to be into the health and function of your body!
If you hate fruits and vegetables you should still try to get in as many as you can. I know that many of you are looking at this thinking "right...". Well it is true! I also love the "Greens". Because I know that there are times that I do not intake enough fruits and vegetables. And many times there isn't a high availability of some that your body really needs. They provide 8 servings of fruits and vegetables while pH-balancing and detoxing the inside of your body and boosting your immune system with whole foods. The ingredients are available under product information. More into what alkalizing your body can do and why!
While diet and its relationship to obesity and other health problems have received worldwide attention, little or no research prior to 2008 attempted to link the body’s pH, its acid-alkaline balance, to food intake. A study reported in the "Proceedings of the Nutrition Society" testifies to the relationship between diet, body pH and health issues. The study concludes excessive consumption of protein foods – classified as acidic – contribute to bone loss. According to Dr. Timothy R. Arnett, “even slight chronic acidosis could be sufficient to cause appreciable bone loss over time.”
I want to keep my bones!! Diseases can thrive on a non alkaline body. I choose to have an alkaline body!
The Food Connection
The "British Journal of Nutrition" in a 2008 issue reported the results of one of the first studies to evaluate the relationship between urine pH and habitual dietary intake of foods in a large population. Although other testing methods exist, the report states, “urine pH has advantages of convenience as an indicator of the acid-base status of the body.” Study participants, totaling 22,034, followed two different dietary combinations using standardized portion sizes. The acid diet consisted of fruits and vegetables – classified as alkaline foods – with higher intake of acidic foods, such as meats, dairy foods and cereal. The alkaline diet consisted of a greater intake of fruits and vegetables and lower consumption of meats. Researchers compared casual urine samples and 24-hour samples taken from the subjects. Upon conclusion of the study, researchers evaluated data from urine samples, Food Frequency Questionnaires and seven-day diaries and found a significant relationship between acid/alkaline urine pH and food intake. Researchers also noted a change in dietary protein from vegetable to animal sources resulted in a reduction in pH levels from 6.55 to 6.17.
Cancer and Cellular pH
According to the "Journal of Biological Chemistry," researchers discovered the enzyme carbonic anhydrase IX controls the acidic environment of cancer cells, enabling them to flourish while healthy cells perish. The University of Florida News states that researchers have “synthesized chemicals that can inhibit this enzyme.” Further research is currently underway to alter the cellular pH of cancerous tumors and reverse their growth.
Dr. Otto Warburg
In the 1920s, German biochemist and Nobel Prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg first discovered the acidic environment of cancer cells as opposed to the alkaline environment in which normal cells thrived. Cancer cells use glucose, a main source of energy, differently than normal cells. Dr. Warburg’s discovery sparked years of research for scientists trying to unravel the mystery of cellular metabolism.
Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Cancer is characterized by an abnormal growth of cells, triggered by an initiator (such as certain chemicals, viruses or cigarette smoking), and exacerbated by a promoter (such as fat or hormones). Lifestyle factors, such as diet, play a role in cancer prevention. Consuming a plant-based, mostly vegetarian diet may reduce the risk of developing cancer over your lifetime.
High Fiber Plant Foods
Plant foods, such as whole grains, legumes and beans offer many beneficial nutrients and fill gaps in the diet where fatty meats and sugary foods might otherwise be chosen. Beans are full of B-vitamins and dietary fiber, which is beneficial for fighting cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, people who eat fewer animal foods and consume a plant-based diet have a more nutritious diet in general. Plant-based diets, rich in vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients, are cancer-preventative. Choose at least three 3 oz. servings of fiber-rich whole grains daily, such as whole wheat bread, whole oats, barley, and brown rice. Try incorporating beans and legumes into your diet most days of the week.
Fruits and Vegetables
According to the 2007 National Cancer Institute's Complementary and Alternative Medicine annual report, plant foods, such as fruits and vegetables, offer a host of protective nutrients, including vitamins, phytochemicals (chemicals in plants that fight disease) and antioxidants. These nutrients offer protection against the development of many types of cancer. Think in terms of bright colors and a wide variety of textures. Concentrate on cruciferous vegetables, such as cauliflower, broccoli, onions and garlic; citrus fruits, such as oranges and grapefruit; berries, such as raspberries and strawberries; and dark green, leafy vegetables, such as kale and spinach. These contain beneficial phytonutrients important for decreasing your risk of developing many forms of cancer. For one, to be honest I didnt know about alkalizing and the importance of it until I started in It Works, then I started noticing it in all the health circles, and I went on a google quest. Personally I love LiveStrong.com, tons of great information on anything health wise, everything in this post besides the Greens and my personal opinion have been taken from that site. But please note the date when reading an article, you need to look at the most recent date, information is always changing what was 2-10 years ago may not apply now, with new information coming out so frequently.
Also, from my personal research, I do not recommend an All Alkaline Diet. It is a full on diet. And some of the foods they cut out can be detrimental to your health, not everyone but some. That is the biggest reason I would recommend trying the greens and see how they make you feel. Because you are not cutting out vital fats and nutrients that your body needs you are adding them. This is my personal recommendation. I also do not like the word diet. When you are changing you need to be doing a full life style change. Not a diet or fad. You need to be into the health and function of your body!
If you hate fruits and vegetables you should still try to get in as many as you can. I know that many of you are looking at this thinking "right...". Well it is true! I also love the "Greens". Because I know that there are times that I do not intake enough fruits and vegetables. And many times there isn't a high availability of some that your body really needs. While diet and its relationship to obesity and other health problems have received worldwide attention, little or no research prior to 2008 attempted to link the body’s pH, its acid-alkaline balance, to food intake. A study reported in the "Proceedings of the Nutrition Society" testifies to the relationship between diet, body pH and health issues. The study concludes excessive consumption of protein foods – classified as acidic – contribute to bone loss. According to Dr. Timothy R. Arnett, “even slight chronic acidosis could be sufficient to cause appreciable bone loss over time.”

The Food Connection
The "British Journal of Nutrition" in a 2008 issue reported the results of one of the first studies to evaluate the relationship between urine pH and habitual dietary intake of foods in a large population. Although other testing methods exist, the report states, “urine pH has advantages of convenience as an indicator of the acid-base status of the body.” Study participants, totaling 22,034, followed two different dietary combinations using standardized portion sizes. The acid diet consisted of fruits and vegetables – classified as alkaline foods – with higher intake of acidic foods, such as meats, dairy foods and cereal. The alkaline diet consisted of a greater intake of fruits and vegetables and lower consumption of meats. Researchers compared casual urine samples and 24-hour samples taken from the subjects. Upon conclusion of the study, researchers evaluated data from urine samples, Food Frequency Questionnaires and seven-day diaries and found a significant relationship between acid/alkaline urine pH and food intake. Researchers also noted a change in dietary protein from vegetable to animal sources resulted in a reduction in pH levels from 6.55 to 6.17.
Cancer and Cellular pH
According to the "Journal of Biological Chemistry," researchers discovered the enzyme carbonic anhydrase IX controls the acidic environment of cancer cells, enabling them to flourish while healthy cells perish. The University of Florida News states that researchers have “synthesized chemicals that can inhibit this enzyme.” Further research is currently underway to alter the cellular pH of cancerous tumors and reverse their growth.
Dr. Otto Warburg
In the 1920s, German biochemist and Nobel Prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg first discovered the acidic environment of cancer cells as opposed to the alkaline environment in which normal cells thrived. Cancer cells use glucose, a main source of energy, differently than normal cells. Dr. Warburg’s discovery sparked years of research for scientists trying to unravel the mystery of cellular metabolism.
Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Cancer is characterized by an abnormal growth of cells, triggered by an initiator (such as certain chemicals, viruses or cigarette smoking), and exacerbated by a promoter (such as fat or hormones). Lifestyle factors, such as diet, play a role in cancer prevention. Consuming a plant-based, mostly vegetarian diet may reduce the risk of developing cancer over your lifetime.
High Fiber Plant Foods
Plant foods, such as whole grains, legumes and beans offer many beneficial nutrients and fill gaps in the diet where fatty meats and sugary foods might otherwise be chosen. Beans are full of B-vitamins and dietary fiber, which is beneficial for fighting cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, people who eat fewer animal foods and consume a plant-based diet have a more nutritious diet in general. Plant-based diets, rich in vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients, are cancer-preventative. Choose at least three 3 oz. servings of fiber-rich whole grains daily, such as whole wheat bread, whole oats, barley, and brown rice. Try incorporating beans and legumes into your diet most days of the week.

Personal Growth & Buying marketing services
I had this conversation with someone. Yesterday about this. And I wanted to share my opinions.
Personally. Not for it. Unless its an event like craft show or vendor. Or if i have a huge even i want to advertise. I will pay for that one thing, a flyer, window sticker or facebook offers (although i thinks its a load of crap facebook charges now. ) I won't buy or "bite". its like, I made it! I did it alone, now pay me and I will show you how!
To me, if they were able to build it themselves and make it, why can't I do that myself? Why cant I network on my own?
If I need tips tricks or anything, there are many free available sites and even blogs, facebook pages, that all teach you how to do it. Show step by step instructions on how to network, via technology.
I am also one that does not rely on technology. With how the economy is running, when, not if it falls even farther, many will be lost because technology has determined their worth and their income.
I believe in building personal relationships with my customers and my team. I like knowing them, and in turn knowing how to help them so that they can build their own teams. And so that my customers know that I am here for them and will help them whichever way that their life turns.
Many customers will just drop off when they have someone who does not know them, doesnt value them and sees them as just a number. So although getting many customers and team member really fast may seem great. How many will drop off?
I prefer to already be prepared for all of that. So that I am not wasting valuable time with someone who does not want to work. If I know them ahead of time, or during I can help and see them as a person. And know if I want them in my business.
I will be honest, I have turned people down into coming into my business because they were looking at me as a handout. To "help" them. They didnt want help. They wanted me to run their business and my own, wasnt going to happen.
When it comes to the technology, I stick to what is free.
The knowledge I can get from someone who genuinely wants to help others, not make a fast buck on people, by promising them great numbers. In the end, it all depends on one person, yourself.
See, going to the meetings, being around positive people, is a wonderful way to boost your own business, because it works on you. I get on "Success on Demand" (My company provides it to build your own personal growth when you are a distributor) because it does help. Having the confidence and determination is what will get you somewhere, not depending on paying someone to leg work of FB "pimp" you out.
I have a dream board that I view daily and add to, so I have to look at all my goals that I want to accomplish, they stare me in the face every single day. Then I look at my husband, I want him to be able to be home at all times, so I know my biggest goal right now, is to completely supplement his income and then some.
Having actual "whys" is what gets you somewhere. Not being a salesman(woman).

Personal Growth!
I found this, and I really like it. I think it is very helpful, business and for your self. You should always work on yourself. It makes a huge difference. Having confidence (Does not mean cockiness) in yourself and determining your own future and that you will live your own dreams, is a huge reality check for yourself.
You should make a "Dream Board" all of the things that you want to accomplish, business success, personal success (depression, relationships, family etc..), the home that you want to have, the car that you see yourself driving, schools you want your children in, family vacations. Only limited by your own imagination. Put this "board" wherever you are likely to see it, all the time. Imagine yourself doing all of those things, happiness, feeling confident and happy. And pray about it. (Now I know there may be some that do not agree with this, this is my blog and my personal opinions and what I do) Everyday. For everyone, not just yourself.
An appreciation journal or stickie notes. Place a stickie not per day on your dream board, of one thing per day that you are thankful for, so that you have to see it all the time, then when you do have a bad day you can come to that wall, and see all the goodness that is in your life. A journal, make a daily note of what you are thankful for. At the end of each month, read over it and read all of those things, to remind yourself of the things you have to appreciate.
Getting on YouTube, or googling "personal growth" There are a lot of free things out there. And many people are very motivational. Can really give you the GET UP AND GO attitude.

SCREAMIN kids conference call
Kids screaming won't sleep. Been busy doing follow ups and planning even my "vacation" will have wrap fun involved. Preparing for the call kids won't sleep past their bed time. My testimony/why
I joined It Works! April 23, 2012. I was a huge skeptic. I was invited to this party, which I did not want to go to. But after 3 months alone with the kids a couple hours out sounded amazing. I was kind of rude. Didn't pay much attention. Until I watched this woman get wrapped. I giggled to myself about it, someone using a wrap to see a difference seemed very comical. We talked (they talked I just sat there staring at before and afters shaking my head) then after 45 min I saw them unwrap this lady and she lost 6 inches. (Although we are not allowed to say inchloss anymore) I was sold. I have my $$ and tried a wrap. I only lost 3 inches. But, the look of my belly was so much better. I didn't have a lot of fat but saggy skin and it was visibly firmer and less sagging skin.
I decide "I CAN SELL THIS!" I had tried the big pink makeup company...hahaha no go. And they tried to force me into $5,000 in inventory. Wasn't going to happen.
I saved and we sold a vehicle and I got in on April 23. I sold my 4 wraps. Very fast. My only regret has been I didn't boost ($499 kit that makes you $1,000) I couldn't afford it. But I wish I had. I could have really kicked off.
My first few months were very difficult. I was kind of stranded. Until my diamond upline (4 people above me) came in and helped me. Drove 6 hrs to come a train me. And help me out. After 2.5 months I signed a neighbor as a DT (distributor) who became a very good friend. I now make sure to keep very good contact with all of my line. So they don't have the difficulties I did.
The reason I chose this company was because 1 no stock or inventory. Just wraps in hand to sell an build up to having some party products, which are mine that I use personally.
2 no one else has this product, nothing like it on the market and it works!

5 it's not a pyramid scheme many have the misconception that a marketing company has to be a pyramid scheme. Well some are, this is not. You can make more than your upline, if you have an upline who is not working their business. Other companies force you to buy all this product and they make a commission. We don't force it. We show you some kits available that you can get at a fraction of the cost to help you start out, but it's not a must.
6 it's not just about getting in DTs. We need our customers and we help our customers. I won't lie new DTs are great to have but without a client base. You won't go anywhere. You get a bonus when you have loyal customers. 60 loyal customers (even if only 30 are currently active as long as $3,000 in sales between them) and you get a bonus of $600 a month. On top of commissions and bonuses
And now my results. I am on the low en of the spectrum. I see results but they are small. Some have huge results fast. Some are slow going, like me. After 4 wraps. My loose skin was gone. I had what i call the mama smiley belly, not anymore. I have now done 6 wraps total since April and my stretch marks are almost gone. I would do a wrap every 3 days if I could, but my wraps sell too quickly.
Skinny people love the wraps too. Especially those in the fitness world.
I chose this company because it will help me accomplish my dreams. Dreams of homeschooling my kids, owning a B&B in Hawaii. And a winter vacation home in Vermont. I saved and we sold a vehicle and I got in on April 23. I sold my 4 wraps. Very fast. My only regret has been I didn't boost ($499 kit that makes you $1,000) I couldn't afford it. But I wish I had. I could have really kicked off.
My first few months were very difficult. I was kind of stranded. Until my diamond upline (4 people above me) came in and helped me. Drove 6 hrs to come a train me. And help me out. After 2.5 months I signed a neighbor as a DT (distributor) who became a very good friend. I now make sure to keep very good contact with all of my line. So they don't have the difficulties I did.
The reason I chose this company was because 1 no stock or inventory. Just wraps in hand to sell an build up to having some party products, which are mine that I use personally.
2 no one else has this product, nothing like it on the market and it works!

5 it's not a pyramid scheme many have the misconception that a marketing company has to be a pyramid scheme. Well some are, this is not. You can make more than your upline, if you have an upline who is not working their business. Other companies force you to buy all this product and they make a commission. We don't force it. We show you some kits available that you can get at a fraction of the cost to help you start out, but it's not a must.
6 it's not just about getting in DTs. We need our customers and we help our customers. I won't lie new DTs are great to have but without a client base. You won't go anywhere. You get a bonus when you have loyal customers. 60 loyal customers (even if only 30 are currently active as long as $3,000 in sales between them) and you get a bonus of $600 a month. On top of commissions and bonuses
And now my results. I am on the low en of the spectrum. I see results but they are small. Some have huge results fast. Some are slow going, like me. After 4 wraps. My loose skin was gone. I had what i call the mama smiley belly, not anymore. I have now done 6 wraps total since April and my stretch marks are almost gone. I would do a wrap every 3 days if I could, but my wraps sell too quickly.
Skinny people love the wraps too. Especially those in the fitness world.
I chose this company because it will help me accomplish my dreams. Dreams of homeschooling my kids, owning a B&B in Hawaii. And a winter vacation home in Vermont. Just me, kids, Studly, school, It Works!, bills and food and photography.
I have come to the conclusion, that I will also talk more than just It Works! On here. I won't lie a lot will have to do with It Works because that is my big focus and school and of course top of the list my kids, while my husband heads out for yet another tour. And during that time I will be wrangling the kids and doing everything while my business, and I figure, why not add amusement? I thought about another blog, but lets be realistic, that probably won't happen, I have one for food, and photography one for...wait I can't remember and then is one. These suckers will just have to intertwine together, because that is my life, it doesn't work in parts...all at once. So that is how it shall be. That way I don't have to add another option to my drop down menu for my logger app.. Sounds lazy right? Really really to, you shall see the tribulations and busy-ness in my life. Stay at home workin mama, food photography studies, cook book writing, cookbook photos, kids photos, homeschooling, getting my business administrative certificate, working with my down and upline with It Works! While still having my daily routines, and structure and just life occurring at once, Studly says I take on too much at once, I cannot help it. I want all goals achieved at once, I love my work with It Works. Love making money while home, and there is just so damn much I want from life to be slow at it...coming from the couch in my apt right now, but there is a reason for that in which I cannot discuss.
Today, kids, laundry and military gets in free to over 300 national parks, yesterday Fort Pulaksi, today?? Any suggestions? I got a booklet, too many damn choices.
And when people tell you I can't do it I have to much. I list all my stuff and say "whatcha got"?

Staying at home working with kids
Many of us are looking for an income opportunity that we can use to supplement or take over our incomes completely. But here comes the difficult part, finding the right company. I have done research looked at plans, tried a few companies, got burned pretty badly. You have to find a company that is family friendly, you can take your kids and make money, while being able to use the products and sharing products that really works a product that people really want. Something that is consumable. That people will love to use and want to continue to use them.
You also have to look out for the companies that have been around TOO long. A company being around for a while is great, if you live in a community that has never heard of the product, but how do you branch out? What happens when those people join your business and can't go anywhere because everywhere around you people have already heard of, or already have a representative that they are using. Then there lies more problems, some companies say that every woman has skin, SELL MAKEUP! Guess what? Wrong....want to know why? Because many already have a brand they love and will to switch, one of the big ones out there people cannot use and it's over priced, and sooo many companies already sell makeup. Another is household goods, even if you have a product that works better and bulk purchases are cheaper, even if it is better for them, they may purchase once, but how likely are they to come to you again when they need the product NOW! And they have to order it? They will hit the store on the corner and you have lost a customer. You need a product people want, that helps them, can give them confidence and make them feel great.
Another thing to lookout for INVENTORY, that was one of the big things for me, if I am looking to do a business I am not putting in thousands of dollars, at one point I tried the "makeup, pink company". I was asked to go to the bank and take a 3-5 thousand dollar loan! Now, why? I mean really why? If I am looking to help my family, why would I take out a loan? After having joined and being pushed for over a month to take out that loan I got on the computer, pyramid scheme! The person above you makes commissions off of you taking it that much inventory. And they make it sound good with a Cadillac...ok no, I was not going to load up on makeup that had no real se. I got not a single customer and gave away my starter kit for Christmas presents.
Now I mentioned pyramid schemes, isn't every network marketing company a pyramid? Well, some may be shaped that way, but it's what's going on inside the company that matters. Now is your leader always going to make more money than you? Pyramid scheme. Is your majority focus on trying to get in new distributors? To make them get an inventory? Pyramid scheme. Now, how about a company that yes, you make commissions on your "downline" (people under you) but, if you stop working, and they continue to bust butt, they will pass you. If you work and your up,one does not, you can pass them.
You need to make sure that you are truly helping people, not just trying to "pass the buck" to get out of the new hole that has been created. What you it in, should be able to be sold and make your money back fast, you shouldn't have a large inventory.
What company can help? To be honest, It Works! Global. You can make your money immediately back. $99 and you get 4 products to get your money back. People love these products. Yes, I will ad,it there have been complaints. That's all we have to bring to events. Just one bag. Not a huge bag either that you have to carry sides ways breaking your back. Then heave up and take out a bunch of things.
Bring the wraps you have to wrap people. If you have the other top products (defining gel, greens, fat fighters by choice regulars) but you don't have to buy all of that. I just built up to it. A glass and a tablespoon of oil to do a fat fighter demo.
People walk in, pay for their wrap. Get a wrap "slapped on" as I say, Shows the simplicity of how easy it is to use the wraps. If some are unsure, we tell you what they do and show you. Then decide if you are ready. While you wear the wrap we go over our wonderful products and explain our Loyal Customer program to you and your guests!
After 45 min everyone places their order, gets unwrapped and measured and asks some questions and DONE!
That is it! If you plan to host a party you just have to have water available. The wraps are not water loss and you need to drink your water. If you would like you can give your guests' names and info to me or one of my team mates and we can send the invite for you. Just a way to help!

WHO IS READY FOR A CHANGE?

Truly Amazing Company
Through God, this company and applying The Secret (Laws of Attraction) I have truly experienced many life changing events. I see more cash flow, which helps me and my family get out more. We used to spend so much time at home, just because of gas prices! And now I have a 2013 Jetta! I love it! We get out we have fun and I get to meet new people everyday. I forgot!
How could I forget that I have this blog? I am so absent minded with everything going on! This business especially! I have been getting Facebook messages and apts like crazy! Which has me venturing more in the possibilities that this company could do for me if I set my mind to it and work my butt off for a little while I will be able to relax! An be free! Be a homeschooling mom! Get my husband out of the military and be business blogging and bragging from the shores of Hawaii!! And be able to open a B&B there too! Who's going to come stay at my B&B?

My Job...
"Keep the Main Thing the Main Thing
There comes a time in everyone’s life when they just know something big is about to happen. We get a feeling, a hunch or what I always think of as a knowing. You just can’t put that feeling into words but you know you need to act on it. When I first heard about the Ultimate Body Applicator, I felt that I was really onto something that could be huge. It was just a hunch. I went for it. We are still virtually unheard of but our time is now and that means it is time for you to go to work.
This business model is called Network Marketing and what that means is we build a network of people marketing products to the people that they know and over time your business will far exceed your expectations but it begins with you. You must start this and my suggestion

So, what should you be doing every day? What I love about what we do is that we keep the main thing the main thing and the main thing is we wrap people. That is it. We simply offer to let them try the wrap for “X” amount of dollars to see what they think. Then the wrap does the rest for us. We make way too much of what we are suppose to be doing and the doing that we are suppose to do is simply wrap people. Once the product is applied, then we wait 45 minutes and during that time we can offer to show them the catalog, the Success from Home Magazine or we can talk about their kids and just allow the applicator to do the magic. After the 45 minutes, we get results and then we ask them if they would like to continue to try the products as a customer or would they like to look at the business as an opportunity. Whatever they decide is fine because again the main thing is to just get the wrap on people and let them decide. I love this. It is so simple we miss it. So once again, all that I am supposed to do to be successful is wrap people. Yes, that is it. So, what are you waiting for…go wrap somebody!"

Been slacking on posts...
Going to get better at this, life gets hectic, I run run run for Itworks for my kids and everything in between.
I have wrapped more people and the more I wrap the more amazed I am about the results. The more I can't believe that I thought it was all bs. And I really did think it was a crock. Now I am happy I let it into my life and that I sell a product that can help others.
Now about my own progress when I wake up I take the greens, thermofit and confianza. It gives me energy and makes me want to be busy and seems like I don't want to smoke anymore. Sounds crazy I know. I am a health but who smokes. It's my vice and it's my stress relief. But with the confianza giving me stress relief I find I don't want to smoke as much.
I take the thermofit before workouts as well and I take fat fighters probably 2 x a week on my "cheat" days. And during that "time of the month" where I think I can eat what I want.
I and becoming happier with my body. I am not where I want to be yet, but happier with the progress. 25 days and 12 pounds down! And the wraps are helping me with the loose skin I had on my belly. I don't have that sagging hanging skin there anymore, and for me that's after 3 wraps. For me to personally be happy I think I need 2-3 more and I will be content.
I use the defining gel on my thighs , breasts and butt. I can feel the firming. Especially in my breasts, i am paranoid one day I will wake up and they will be hula hooping around my mid section. Ugh. But the defining gel really helps with that. And as I lose more weight I will be using some wraps on my bust to see if it can help me out in the size going down. So that may be just may be I won't need a reduction.
This is where I am now. We will see where I continue to go on my Itworks selling and personal journey.

Long over due update!
The Greens facial party was wonderful on June 12. Had people come in gave them some info. Talked a little bit and they got a nice little pampering!
I cant wait to be able to have some more parties! I have many in the works right now, which is always a wonderful plus, that for sure!!
Myself, I have been taking the Thermofit ( 3x the caloric burn) right before a work out. The fat fighters (30% of fat and 70% of carbs naturally processes out) right after my "cheat" meal, or during 1 week during the month where I cant not have a few junky things! I also take the confianza to help me with my stress, I take the greens to alkalize, ph-balance and give me more fruits and veggies during the day and to help get toxins out of my body. I have lost 10lbs in 16 days! Mind you, I do work out, I dont just take this stuff and it just peels off. I have used a few wraps and seen amazing results, but I cant use any more wraps because our business has grown so fast that we cant keep them! They just take off!
next month I will be taking the pro-fit shake and helping me to have more substance during the day, I tend to get busy and forget a meal or two, not a good thing! And the shake will help with that. It has no artificial sweeteners or sugar its stevia, and it tastes delicious!
All of the products are natural!
And I am going to be trying the prevent age facial lotion soon too!

Party Tomorrow!!!
We are having a party tomorrow! Free Greens Facials, see a Fat Fighters Demonstration and an opportunity to try an Ultimate Body Applicator, to tighten, tone, firm and detox site specific. Measurable results after 45min!!

How I found ItWorks! About me...
My name is Valerie Reel, I am an Army wife and stay at home mom. I will be completely honest.
I was a total and complete skeptic when I was invited to go to an ItWorks! party, I just went because it was something out of the house and a little time away from the kids that was much needed. I sat there listening to everything that was being said, well I partially listened to be honest. I watched what was going on and then I saw some results from a couple of people that tried the wraps. Then I said what the heck?! I will try it and see, I mean it was worth the 25$ to try and to even have the possibility of all my hard work exercising and eating pretty healthy to show some sort of something for my efforts. I tried it and I was hooked. I couldn't believe what it did for me. I am not where I want to be yet, But I am trying and it gave me more motivation to try even harder.
I have had 2 c-sections and if you have had multiple c-sections you know the toll it can take on the mid-section. My son was too big for my size and was my second child, he did a number. Gave me loose skin and stretch marks. I am not saying that they are totally gone after 1 wrap, but I can see a difference. It makes me want to wrap more and work out more and see results for myself. It made me feel good about myself, which is something I hadn't felt in a long time. I am sure some of you can relate to that. You work so hard to achieve something and to not see results it really brings you down and puts you into a pretty bad slump, not just physically but emotionally. I am not saying that these products cure any type of medical illness, it just made me feel good about myself to see something happen to my body.
I decided that as soon as I had the cash I was going to start to sell these products. especially if there is anyone out there that feels the way that I do.
I am an anti-chemical fanatic, and finding something that is botanically based and detoxes, is amazing. I never wanted to try the other products out on the market that have a lot of chemicals that can get trapped into your body. So, to find something that helps to get out the toxins that we put into our bodies everyday? That is just a miracle to me. I didn't know that such a product had come about that could do that.
I will be honest again in saying that along with the detoxification, if I felt that great about trying it 1 time, then what are the chances that someone else would feel that way too? And bring in a little extra cash as well? Yes, I jumped at that. For me it was perfect timing to really get to know about this. I had some tragedy occur and I was in a rut, well honestly, not completely out of it yet, but having something more to do is helping me. And it gives me something to focus on when my Studly has to be gone for long periods of time. And like I said, who doesn't want to make a little extra cash? I know that in this economy my family does, but at the same time I need to be with my kids, especially when my husband is gone so often, this is giving my the opportunity do do that. The only thing now is to put in as much effort as I can possible muster up. Only we hold the drive to push ourselves forth. In faith and in our own personal efforts.
I will add more to this as I continue on in my ItWorks! business, letting you know the results that I have and how the business part of this goes. I have always wanted to run my own business, and here you do that but you have all the help you could want. And I like that.
